From a pot washer in my village pub in Cambridge, to a billionaire's private chef in Mayfair. I've lived every layer of hospitality. From Michelin starred kitchens, 5 Star Hotels. Even running a fresh pasta restaurant, leading onto my own fresh pasta delivery service in lockdown.

Post COVID, I then transitioned in to the world of private cheffing. I worked for a family for 2 years cooking macro calculated meals for the parents and nutritious, home made meals for the kids. I then set up my own business - My Personal Chef. I started cooking for multiple families, helping them to acquire more of life's most valuable asset, time. In 2024 I was then given the opportunity to work for a billionaire cooking for a small team in his family office in Mayfair.
